My

Projects

Hedge's Web App March 2020 - July 2021

Roles: design & developed frontend
Overview: My task was to recreate the Hedge iOS app in a web app format. Hedge is a fantasy sports platform that allows you to use your spare change in daily fantasy contests where you can yield higher returns. Buy a coffee for $2.50? Use that rounded up $0.50 in a contest to potentially win $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 or even $200.00 through contests of all sizes!

Frontend Stack: React & Styled-Components

Backend Stack: Node.js, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB

The Quarantini Club April 2020 - June 2020

Roles: developed frontend and backend
Overview: My friend and I built Quarantini Club during the start of COVID-19, when all the bars were closed. The Quarantini Club is the best way to get virtual drinks online with friends! This app is built with the Twilio Programable Video SDK, so the video quality is perfect. Inside the club, you will find a virtual bartender named Jerry who makes a wide verity of drinks.

Frontend Stack: React.js, Twilio & Socket.io

Backend Stack: Node.js, Express.js

Project Pocket August 2019 - September 2019

Roles: designed & developed frontend
Overview: My friend and I always struggled with project management/organization, so we wanted to build a tool to help us with that. Project Pocket is a way to keep all your projects in your pocket! This app helps users keep a virtual portfolio of all their personal projects. This app also helps users with project management. When creating a new project, users are given a calender view to keep track of their different daily project tasks.

Frontend Stack: React.js

Backend Stack: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

Link Saver July 2019 - August 2019

Roles: designed & developed frontend and backend
Overview: I chose to redesign the bookmark manager. I wanted to create a simple and clean UI that made saving bookmarks a pleasant experience. I also wanted to incorporate a way to view other people's bookmarks, so users could see what resources others like to use.

Frontend Stack: Javascript, HTML, CSS

Backend Stack: Mongo, Mongoose, Node.js, Express.js, HandleBars

Black Jack June 2019 - June 2019

Roles: designed & developed frontend
Overview: I wanted to build something unique, so I chose to create a game of blackjack but with a sleek and modern design.

Frontend Stack: Javascript, Jquery, HTML & CSS
